Uh to accommodate diverse learning need, I uh, employ Blender teaching approaches such as I use PPTS, lectures, and uh interactive activities to accommodate students with different proficiency levels. Uh, for assessments I use low stakes tasks such as assignments, uh.

NIT, I handled a course on English for Communication for engineering students. Uh, there I handled umm.

Uh, students will, uh, differing, uh, English proficiency. So uh, I paired them, I made a blended group where uh students with strong proficiency helped the weaker ones.

So that helps me with the practical applications of theories.

For example, for public speaking, I would give them the structure and the instructions and the lecture, followed by an activity where I would give them an impromptu topic and ask them to speak. That way they will be well versed with theory as well as the practical application.

I employ multiple assessment method like.

And then I would tell them about the professional uses of it and how communication would help them in professional success.

Uh, I would uh, keep them in a low stress environment where initially I would employ non evaluative uh methods uh, to make them speak, listen or write.

I would move from a simple task to complex task to evaluate the communication skills.

In that way, uh, in this way, this, uh, I think this would encourage students participation and performance in a communication class.

I I specialize in graphic medicine and my doctoral research focuses on representations of caregiving and graphic medicine especially it's effective side which means it studies how emotions like guilt.

Well, for example, there is a chapter called Abective Economies of Care.

Uh, emotions publicly influence, uh, the practices of care, so I would.

Translate this into a course by explaining the students how normal emotions like anxiety etcetera traffic their exams and then move on to how.

Those emotions affect the practices of care like it could be caregiving practices in a public institution and how it affects the policy level practices how emotions influence the.
